The Deluxe features are hidden inside the Standard Edition of Legacy 7.0 that you installed from your CD or downloaded from the Internet. The Standard Edition will convert to the Deluxe Edition when you enter your Deluxe Customer Number (start Legacy, click on Help > Unlock Legacy Deluxe and follow the prompts).
