Troubleshooting: Error 13 type mismatch

Please update your Legacy program. Click here for help updating your Legacy program.

Legacy installed on Windows Vista:

1. Please click on Options on the menu bar and select Customize. Next select the Locations tab and reset the Temp folder location to C:\Legacy\Temp\.
2. Please delete the contents of the C:\Legacy\Temp\ folder if this does not solve the problem.

Legacy installed on Windows XP or earlier:

Please delete the contents of the C:\Windows\Temp folder.
